劳动统计是国民经济统计的一个重要组成部分,在经济运行领域有着举足轻重的地位。近年来,随着经济体制改革的不断深入,虽然煤炭企业建立现代企业制度的步伐加快,但其基层劳动统计工作也存在一些不容忽视的问题。必须端正企业领导的统计观念,加强领导法律意识,完善统计制度,提高统计人员素质,探索统计工作新思路,这样才能促进煤炭企业基层劳动统计工作健康发展。
Labor statistics is an important component of the national economy statistics and plays a decisive role in the economic operation. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, although the pace of establishing a modern enterprise system for coal enterprises has accelerated, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in their labor statistics at the grassroots level. We must correct the statistical concepts of business leaders, strengthen the leadership of legal awareness, improve the statistical system, improve the quality of statisticians, to explore new ideas of statistical work, so as to promote the healthy development of basic-level labor and statistics work in coal enterprises.
