从产业链角度分析入手,着眼西部民族地区文化旅游业现状,通过研究吃、住、行、游、购、娱等各个领域,发现西部民族地区文化旅游业的诸多问题,如国际化程度不高、并不具备较多文化精品、没能精准把握文化内涵、仍需优化产业规划以及仍需提高知名度等。在这样的发展条件下,西部民族地区相关政府部门应该进一步强化文化旅游产业的规划和引导,以购物和娱乐两个薄弱环节的加强来带动整个地区文化旅游产业的转型升级;有计划地培育领头羊,为了保证西部民族地区旅游业能够维持健康稳定的发展状态,应着力将产业价值链的微笑曲线切实构建起来,为地区经济发展营造新的增长点。

In order to ensure that the tourism industry in the western minority areas can maintain a healthy and stable development, the smile curve of the industrial value chain should be built up to create a new growth point for the development of regional economy.
