按照1992年5月中国新疆和吉方科学院科学技术合作项目议定书精神,9月初,新疆农业厅派出3名沼气工程专家赴吉尔吉斯共和国援建沼气工程,历时半个多月,于9月26日建成并投入运转。这座小型水压式沼气工程建在首都比什凯克市郊区喀那提农场。沼气池采用钢模具混凝土整体浇筑,严把质量关,保证了工程质量。以牛羊粪为发酵原料,几天后就陆续产气,移交给用户喀巴尔家使用。工程完成后,吉尔吉斯共和国农业部副部长苏星坦阿布沙罗、科学院专家奥博佐夫等先后到该场参观,对我工程技术人员良好技术和吃苦实干精神给予称赞和较高评价。比什凯克日报和电视台对这一沼气工程作了专题报道。为表彰我专家组国际合作的成就,吉尔吉斯科学院给每人颁发了“列宁科学技术荣誉证书”。同时,决定给新疆农业厅赠送5台微型水力发电机,作为我技术援助和提供沼气设备的酬谢。
In accordance with the protocol of the Protocol on Science and Technology Cooperation between Xinjiang and Kyrgyzstan Academy of Sciences in May 1992, in early September, Xinjiang Agriculture Department dispatched three biogas project experts to the Kyrgyz Republic to aid the construction of biogas projects, which lasted more than half a month and was completed on September 26 Put into operation. Bishkek Daily and the television station made a special report on this biogas project. In recognition of the achievements made by our expert group in international cooperation, Kyrgyz Academy of Sciences awarded Lenin the Honorary Certificate of Science and Technology. At the same time, it was decided to donate five mini hydroelectric generators to Xinjiang Agriculture Department as my reward for technical assistance and provision of biogas equipment.
