绩效管理就像一把双刃剑,做好了可提高企业组织绩效,创造更大效益,留住优秀人才。反之,则会打击员工士气,影响企业竞争力。绩效管理作为人力资源管理中的一项重要任务,在帮助企业实现经营战略目标时具有重要的作用,地勘企业员工是勘探成果的直接创造者,如何科学考核员工绩效是地勘企业人力资源管理面临的现实问题。针对当前企业绩效管理中出现的问题,建立科学、完善的绩效管理体系显得尤为重要。笔者通过对绩效管理的全面认识和对地勘企业绩效管理现状以及存在的问题进行初步探索,提出一些针对性的解决对策。

In view of the problems in the current enterprise performance management, it is particularly important to establish a scientific and perfect performance management system.
