课程改革的深入发展,要求教师逐渐完成角色转型,由教学型教师向研究型教师转变就是其中之一。但在教育教学实践中,还存在着把研究与教学对立起来的现象,教师游离于研究者的身份之外。教师是教学者还是研究者?教师又该怎样成为研究者?本期将针对教师文化中的角色认同问题——“教师是教学者还是研究者”展开讨论。
The in-depth development of the curriculum reform requires teachers to gradually complete the transformation of roles. The transition from teaching-oriented teachers to research-oriented teachers is one of them. However, in the practice of education and teaching, there is still the phenomenon of the opposition between research and teaching, and teachers are outside the identity of the researcher. Is the teacher a researcher or a researcher and how should a teacher become a researcher? This issue will address the question of role identity in teacher culture - whether the teacher is a teacher or a researcher.
