由于种植牙与天然牙不同的结构特性,种植义齿上部结构和咬合设计与天然牙也应有所区分。目前,咬合对于种植治疗的重要性已引起研究者们的关注。多方面的咬合因素对种植义齿的长期稳定性和修复体的成功率影响较大。咬合过载、非轴向力和悬臂等因素可引起种植体骨吸收甚至种植修复的失败。本文就近年来种植修复中的上部结构和咬合设计关系的发展现状作一综述。
Due to the different structural characteristics of implant teeth and natural teeth, the denture superstratum structure and bite design should also be distinguished from the natural teeth. At present, the importance of occlusion for implant therapy has drawn the attention of researchers. Various occlusion factors have a great influence on the long-term stability of implants and the success rate of prosthesis. Occlusal overload, non-axial force and cantilever and other factors can cause implant failure or implant repair. This review summarizes the status quo of the relationship between superstructure and bite design in implant restoration in recent years.
