Objective: To study and explore the diagnostic value of urine test for early renal damage. Methods: Fifty cases of patients with early renal injury were selected as the study subjects, selected from January 2012 to June 2014, and set as the observation group. In addition, 50 healthy subjects who took physical examination during the same period were selected for study. Set it as a control group. The two groups of subjects were routine urine tests, urine micro-globulin, creatinine concentrations were compared between two groups of subjects. Results: Compared with the control group, the urinary routine tests in the observation group were significantly higher (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in creatinine between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis of early renal injury, the urinalysis index has a high diagnostic value for early renal injury, which can be used as an important index to determine whether the kidney is damaged or not.
