所有的燃烧模拟装置,为便于观察和测试,都在一定程度上牺牲了实际柴油机燃烧的真实性。快速压燃机是现在世界上较流行的一种柴油机燃烧模拟装置。近年有人把它改制成快速压胀机,为研究者提供了更多的柴油机燃烧过程的信息。但是,快速压缩(或压胀)机的活塞是由静止状态开始的一次性爆发动作,这与在稳定转速下运转的实际柴油机的活塞运动规律不同,不便分析对此。本文介绍一种“连续压胀一次喷射燃烧装置”,这种装置不但便于观察和测试,而且其活塞运动规律和实际柴油机相符,从这种装置上可以得出和实际柴油机示功图性质相同的示功图,且便于分析、计算、对比,并可进行两个方向照相。
