目的本研究旨在通过研究自动乳腺全容积成像技术在乳腺硬化性腺病(SA)诊断中的应用,提高对SA的认识。方法回顾性分析34病理证实SA病灶,根据组织病理学分类,将研究对象分为单纯型硬化性腺病(23例,67.6%)和混合型硬化性腺病(11例,32.4%)两类。研究两组超声表现。结果 SA超声征象表现为低回声,乏血供。ABVS冠状面表现,边缘不规则21例(61.8%),其中毛刺或局部毛刺征15例(44.1%),边缘呈角6例(17.6%);腺体结构紊乱6例(17.6%);冠状面上钙化斑10例(29.4%)。BI-RADS分类,BI-RADS0类3例(8.8%),BI-RADS 3类4例(11.8%),BI-RADS 4A类18例(52.9%),BI-RADS 4A类以上9例(26.5%)。两组之间超声征象和冠状面表现差异无统计学意义。结论 SA的ABVS影像表现有一定的特点,片状低回声区、钙化、C平面特征性表现,因此充分认识SA在C平面的表现,可以降低假阳性率。
Objective This study aims to improve the understanding of SA by studying the application of automatic breast total volume imaging in the diagnosis of breast sclerosis (SA). Methods According to histopathological classification, 34 patients with SA lesions were retrospectively analyzed. The subjects were divided into two groups: simple sclerosing adenosis (23 cases, 67.6%) and mixed sclerosing adenosis (11 cases, 32.4%). Study ultrasound performance in both groups. Results SA ultrasound signs of hypoechoic, lack of blood supply. There were 21 cases (61.8%) with irregular edge on the coronal surface of the ABVS. Among them, there were 15 cases (44.1%) with burr or local burr and 6 cases (17.6% Ten cases of calcified plaque (29.4%). There were 3 cases (8.8%) of BI-RADS0 category, 4 cases (11.8%) of BI-RADS category 3, 18 cases (52.9%) of BI-RADS category 4A and 9 cases (26.5 %). There was no significant difference in ultrasound sign and coronal plane between the two groups. Conclusions The ABVS images of SA have certain characteristics, such as sheet hypoechoic area, calcification and C-plane characteristic manifestation. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the false-positive rate by fully understanding the performance of SA in C-plane.
