学校体育伤害事故风险管理关键技术筛选对于构建科学的学校体育伤害事故风险管理体系、提高其风险管理水平及保证学校体育健康发展起着积极的作用。基于此,采用文献资料法、问卷调查、运用德尔菲法及TOPSIS综合评价法筛选并确定了19种关于学校体育伤害事故的风险管理关键技术,其中风险识别环节关键技术6种、风险评估环节关键技术3种、风险应对环节关键技术6种、风险管理效果评价环节关键技术4种,其中风险致因系统性分析技术、定性与定量相结合的评估技术、风险预防技术、风险损失评价技术尤为关键。通过筛选学校体育伤害事故风险管理关键技术明确了在学校体育风险管理的技术要点和实践重点,也为后续进一步研究奠定了基础。
The key technology screening of PE risk management in school plays a positive role in establishing a scientific PE risk management system, improving its risk management and ensuring the healthy development of PE in schools. Based on this, 19 key risk management techniques of school sports injury accidents were screened and identified by literature and questionnaire, Delphi method and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method. Among them, there are 6 key technologies in risk identification, and the key points in risk assessment Three kinds of technologies, six kinds of key technologies in risk management, and four key technologies in risk management evaluation. Among them, risk-based systematic analysis, qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques, risk prevention techniques and risk loss evaluation techniques are the most important . By screening the key technologies of risk management of sports injuries in schools, the key technical points and practical focuses of physical risk management in schools were clarified, which laid the foundation for further research.
