刘胜华1961年参加公安工作,现任江苏省南通市公安局档案科副科长(正科级)。她30多年如一日,怀着对公安档案工作的深厚感情,兢兢业业,执着追求,无私奉献,为南通市公安局首批跃入省一级档案达标单位行列作出了突出的贡献。1996年7月15日,中共江苏省委常委、省公安厅厅长李明朝签署命令:给刘胜华同志记个人二等功一次。
Liu Shenghua participated in public security work in 1961 and is currently Deputy Chief of Archives Section of Nantong Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province (Zheng Keji). Over the past 30 years, she has made outstanding contributions to Nantong Public Security Bureau as one of the first batch of units that have reached the level of provincial-level archives with her deep feelings toward the public security files, dedicated work, persistent pursuit and selfless dedication. On July 15, 1996, Li Mingchao, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and director of the Provincial Public Security Department, signed an order: Comrade Liu Shenghua made a personal second-class contribution.
