首先提出高校网站的用户分为内部用户和外部用户,并指出外部用户对网站易用性的要求较高。然后引入信息距离的概念和网站信息距离直接定量测度模型,选取十四个具有代表性的高校并选择其网站所提供的本科生招生、研究生招生信息服务,利用网站信息距离直接定量测度模型进行网站易用性定量测度研究,最后针对计算出的结果对高校网站易用性进行分析。
Firstly, it proposes that the users of college websites are divided into internal users and external users, and points out that external users have higher requirements for website usability. Then, we introduce the concept of information distance and the direct quantitative measure model of website information distance, select 14 representative universities and select the undergraduate enrollment and postgraduate enrollment information services provided by their websites, and make use of the website information distance direct quantitative measurement model to carry out the website Ease of use quantitative measurement research, and finally calculated for the results of college website usability analysis.
