英语专业本科毕业生是我国中小学英语教育的主要师资力量,成功实施素质教育的关键就是努力提高广大英语教师的胜任力。本文就英语专业本科毕业生的教师职业道德修养现状进行分析,并提出提高英语专业本科毕业生职业道德修养的方法。
English majors are the major teachers in English education in primary and secondary schools. The key to the successful implementation of quality education is to improve the competence of English teachers. This article analyzes the current situation of teachers’ professional ethics training in English majors, and puts forward some methods to improve the professional ethics of undergraduates in English majors.
