一、引言随着各行各业对板带材质量要求的不断提高,轧辊偏心成了影响产品质量的重要因素,偏心控制方法的开发与研究成为现代板带材轧钢机所面临的共同课题。日本、苏联等国家从七十年代开始对这个问题进行研究,但大多处于仿真实验阶段,成功应用实例甚少。我国对这个问题的研究属于刚刚起步,本文所述的理论与实践就是为填补这一空白所做的成功尝试。
I. INTRODUCTION With the continuous improvement of the quality requirements of strip and strip in all walks of life, roll eccentricity has become an important factor affecting product quality. The development and research of eccentric control methods have become the common topics faced by modern strip and strip rolling mills. Japan, the Soviet Union and other countries from the seventies began to study this issue, but most are in the simulation stage of the experiment, the successful application of very few examples. My research on this issue is just beginning, the theory and practice described in this article is a successful attempt to fill this gap.
