空间网络作为获取空间信息的物质基础和重要保障,其上可承载数据收集、侦查监视、导航定位、通信保障、指挥控制和空间防御等多种应用服务,如何利用有限的安全资源按需为各类信息服务提供保护是空间网络安全领域的一个难点问题。针对空间网络的分级防护需求,以我国等级保护测评要求为参考,提出空间网络防护等级评估模型,采用层次分析法构建空间网络安全评估指标体系,以此为依据量化评估网络系统的综合防护能力,以满足不同应用服务安全需求。
