根据凿岩过程中钎头进入溶洞卡钎区时推进压力的变化特征,提出了利用推进压力反馈自动进行防溶洞卡钎控制。通过对推进压力反馈自动防卡钎控制条件的研究分析,确定了自动防溶洞卡钎的计算机控制模型,并进行了防溶洞卡钎性能仿真计算和实验测试。理论分析计算和实验结果表明,计算机控制的防溶洞卡钎性能,优于纯液压控制的防溶洞卡钎性能;在三种防卡钎控制条件中,推进压力相对时间变化量的条件最好。
According to the variation characteristics of propulsive pressure during the drilling process, the propulsive pressure feedback is proposed to automatically control the caisson brazing. Through the research and analysis on the conditions of propulsion pressure feedback automatic anti-brazing control, the computer control model of automatic anti-caving brazing was established, and the simulation calculation and experimental test of anti-cavitation brazing performance were carried out. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that computer-controlled anti-caulking brazing performance is better than anti-caulking brazing performance under purely hydraulic control. Among the three anti-brazing control conditions, the conditions of advancing pressure versus time are the best.
