目的观察RF用于口腔种植GBR手术组织愈合的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2015年9月~2016年7月收治的73例行口腔种植GBR手术患者,分为对照组与观察组。对照组36例,给予Bio-Gide生物膜。观察组37例,给予RF。比较2组患者新增骨水平宽度及垂直高度变化差值情况。结果观察组增骨水平宽度及垂直高度变化差值均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 RF用于口腔种植GBR手术患者可提高临床疗效,促进患者骨新生。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of RF for tissue healing of oral implant GBR. Methods A total of 73 patients with GBR undergoing dental implants in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected randomly and divided into control group and observation group. Control group, 36 cases, given Bio-Gide biofilm. 37 cases in observation group were given RF. The differences of bone width and vertical height between two groups were compared. Results The differences in the level of bone augmentation and vertical height in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion The use of RF for oral implant GBR surgery patients can improve clinical efficacy and promote bone regeneration.
