建立了菝葜抗炎有效部位群的UPLC-DAD指纹图谱。采用Agilent Zorbax RRHD SB-C18色谱柱,以甲醇∶乙腈(5∶1,A)∶0.1%磷酸(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长0~25 min,290 nm;25~30 min,370 nm。对10批样品进行指纹图谱研究,得出共有峰指纹图谱,标记了33个共有峰,确认了其中9个特征峰分别为花旗松素、白藜芦醇苷、氧化白藜芦醇、落新妇苷、白藜芦醇、槲皮苷、黄杞苷、山柰酚和槲皮素。10批有效部位群指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90。
UPLC-DAD fingerprinting was established for the anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory site group. The mobile phase was eluted with Agilent Zorbax RRHD SB-C18 column with gradient elution with methanol: acetonitrile (5: 1, A): 0.1% phosphoric acid (B). The detection wavelength was 25 min , 370 nm. Fingerprinting of ten batches of samples was carried out and the common peak fingerprint was obtained and 33 common peaks were identified. Among them, nine characteristic peaks were identified as taxifolin, polydatin, resveratrol, Glycosides, resveratrol, quercitrin, flavones, kaempferol and quercetin. The similarity of fingerprints of 10 valid batches was greater than 0.90.
