近几年,河南油田器材供应处在做好企业物资供应工作中,结合本处实际,制定并实施了“一二四”企业管理模式,并在实践中不断完善,收到了较好效果。 所谓“一”,是指全处形成一个决策指挥中心。这就是处管理委员会是处物资采购供应及经营方针的最高决策层。处长办公会为日常决策层,“三师”(工程师、经济师、会计师)为专业决策层,两者服从和服务于最高决策层。管委会成员坚持经常了解市场行情,掌握油田在生产中对各类器材物资的需求情况,做到决策时心中有数。管委会还定期研究并作出处内重大决策,对决策的实施效果进行跟踪负责。

The management committee also regularly studies and makes major decisions within the department, and is responsible for tracking the effectiveness of decision-making.
