[目的]研究了不同碳源、氮源和无机盐对树舌液体深层培养的影响。[方法]以树舌菌丝体的生物量为指标,采用单因子试验和正交试验对培养基进行优化。[结果]最适培养基为可溶性淀粉3%、黄豆粉1.5%、酵母膏0.3%、磷酸二氢钾0.3%、硫酸锌0.002%、硫酸镁0.10%,在28℃、140r/min的恒温培养振荡器上振荡培养6d,生物量可16.29g/L。[结论]试验得出树舌发酵培养基的最佳配方,在此条件下,生物量大大提高,有利于大规模工业化生产。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on the deep culture of Cuckoo liquid. [Method] The biomass of M. gonorrhoeae mycelia was used as an index to optimize the medium by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. [Result] The optimal culture medium was 3% soluble starch, 1.5% soybean powder, 0.3% yeast extract, 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.002% zinc sulfate and 0.10% magnesium sulfate at constant temperature of 28 ℃ and 140r / min Oscillator shaker culture 6d, the biomass can be 16.29g / L. [Conclusion] The optimum formula of the fermentation medium of tree tongue was obtained experimentally. Under this condition, the biomass was greatly increased, which is good for large-scale industrial production.
