目的通过了解绵阳市蜚蠊侵害情况,为防治蜚蠊提供科学的方法。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案》和《绵阳市2010年病媒生物监测实施方案》,选取大西门片区、游仙片区和高水片区设置监测点,采用粘捕法测定蜚蠊密度。结果绵阳市蜚蠊主要有德国小蠊、美洲大蠊和黑胸大蠊,分别占96.18%、2.09%和1.73%,德国小蠊为优势种。各类生境蜚蠊密度分别为农贸市场0.85只/张、餐饮0.87只/张、医院0.11只/张、宾馆0.23只/张、居民区0.28只/张,餐饮密度最高。各类生境蜚蠊侵害率分别为农贸市场的16.36%、餐饮占9.30%、医院占6.38%、宾馆占4.72%、居民区占2.62%,农贸市场侵害率最高。结论掌握绵阳市城区蜚蠊的种群密度,为开展综合性防治措施提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the invasion of cockroaches in Mianyang City and provide a scientific method for the prevention and control of cockroaches. Methods According to “National vector bio-monitoring program” and “Mianyang City in 2010 vector bio-monitoring implementation plan”, select the monitoring area of Dasimen area, Youxian area and high water area to set the monitoring point, and the density of cockroach was determined by stick-catching method. Results Blattella germanica, American cockroach and black cockroach were the main species in Mianyang City, accounting for 96.18%, 2.09% and 1.73% of the total respectively. The dominant species was Blattella germanica. The density of various habitats cockroaches were 0.85 pcs / pcs for the farmer’s market, 0.87 pcs / pens, 0.11 pcs / pens for the hospital, 0.23 pcs / d hotel and 0.28 residential / zhang area, respectively. Various types of habitat cockroaches infringement rates were 16.36% of the farmers market, catering 9.30%, hospitals accounted for 6.38%, hotels accounted for 4.72%, residential area accounted for 2.62%, farmers market violations highest. Conclusion To master the population density of cockroaches in Mianyang city and provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive prevention and control measures.
