目的调查不同职业人群中高血压、高血脂、高血糖等患病情况,探讨上述疾病的发生与职业的关系。方法对三种不同职业共9648人进行健康体检,并将体检结果进行对比分析。结果机关单位人群中高血压、高血脂、高血糖等的发病率明显高于事业单位、企业单位人群(P<0.01);事业单位人群中高血压、高血糖、脂肪肝、超重、肥胖发病率高于企业单位组人群(P<0.01)。结论高血压、高血脂、高血糖等发病率与职业明显相关。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in different occupational groups and to explore the relationship between the above-mentioned diseases and occupations. Methods A total of 9648 people in three different occupations were taken physical examination, and the physical examination results were compared and analyzed. Results The prevalence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in institutions was significantly higher than that in institutions and enterprises (P <0.01). The prevalence of hypertension, hyperglycemia, fatty liver, overweight and obesity in institutions was higher than that in institutions Business unit group of people (P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of hypertension, hyperlipemia, hyperglycemia and other occupations are obviously related.
