3月24日至25日，中电联第三届理事会第三次会议在北京召开，提出要认真贯彻党的十五届五中全会、中央经济工作会议和九届人大四次会议精神，全面提高服务质量和工作水平，为新时期电力工业的改革和发展开好头、服好务。本刊现摘要发表国家经贸委副主任石万鹏的重要讲话、中电联理事长赵希正的总结讲话以及常务副理事长刘宏做的工作报告。
From March 24 to March 25, the third meeting of the third council of the China United Electric Power Association was held in Beijing and it was proposed that we must conscientiously implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, the Central Economic Work Conference, and the Fourth Session of the Ninth NPC. Comprehensively improve the quality of service and work level, and provide good services for the reform and development of the power industry in the new era. The current abstract of this journal presents Shi Wanpeng’s important speech by the deputy director of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the summary speech of Zhao Xizheng, Chairman of the China Radio and Television Corporation, and the work report of Liu Hong, the executive vice chairman.
