目的建立HPLC测定参芪生肌颗粒中隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。探讨参芪生肌颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用HPLC测定,C18柱分离;柱温:35℃;流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0 mL.min 1;检测波长:270 nm。结果隐丹参酮和丹参酮IIA线性范围分别为8.016~48.096μg(r=0.999 9)和16.025 6~96.153 6μg(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率分别为98.7%和98.6%,RSD分别为0.9%和1.5%(n=9)。结论此方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。可以更有效地控制参芪生肌颗粒制剂的质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Shenqi Shengji granule. To discuss the quality control standard of Shenqi Shengji granule. The method was separated on C18 column by HPLC. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol-water (75:25). The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min 1. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The linear ranges of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA were 8.016 ~ 48.096μg (r = 0.999 9) and 16.025 6 ~ 96.153 6μg (r = 0.999 9), respectively. The average recovery rates were 98.7% and 98.6%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.9% and 1.5%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. Can more effectively control the Shen Qi Sheng muscle granule preparation quality.
