研究了Ti-6Al-4V和Ti55(Ti-5.5Al-4.2Sn-2.2Zr-1.2Mo-0.3Si-Nd)两种钛合金表面渗铝层的显微组织、成分和相结构以及渗铝处理对这两种钛合金高温氧化行为的影响。试验结果表明:渗铝层厚度均匀,与钛合金基体平直相接,其上有些贯穿裂纹存在;渗铝层主要组成元素是Ti和Al;主要组成相是TiAl_3。表面渗铝处理可大大提高钛合金的抗高温氧化性能。
The microstructure, composition and phase structure of the aluminized layer on Ti-6Al-4V and Ti55 (Ti-5.5Al-4.2Sn-2.2Zr-1.2Mo-0.3Si-Nd) Effect of high temperature oxidation on these two titanium alloys. The experimental results show that the aluminized layer is uniform in thickness and is in direct contact with the titanium alloy substrate, with some through-cracks existing thereon. The main components of the aluminized layer are Ti and Al, and the main phase is TiAl_3. Surface aluminizing treatment can greatly improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of titanium alloy.
