服务合同是国际班轮运输市场托运人与承运人之间长期的互惠运输关系,是提单运输合同的基础。根据反垄断法,服务合同是纵向垄断协议,对市场竞争具有一定的限制作用,备案成为各国对服务合同管理的基本制度。
Service contract is a long-term reciprocal transport relationship between shippers and carriers in the international liner shipping market and is the basis of contract of carriage of bills of lading. According to the antitrust law, the service contract is a vertical monopoly agreement, which has a certain restriction effect on market competition. The filing of a service becomes the basic system of service contract management in all countries.
