本文研究了50A甲弹链钢冷带表面产生翘皮的原因及形成机制。对翘皮下亚表面层夹杂物的形成,结构和成分进行了深入的探讨,并对氧化铁型夹杂物在热加工过程中发生的成分变化提出了见解。采取坯料表面扒皮等方法,改善50A甲弹链钢冷带坯料表面质量,可以减少或消除弹链钢冷带表面产生翘皮,提高成材率,改善成品质量。消除50A甲弹链钢冷带表面产生翘皮的途径,对其它钢种的冷带生产提高成材率,改善表面质量也是一条可取的途径。
In this paper, the cause and forming mechanism of the warp of the cold band of 50A armor chain steel are studied. The formation, structure and composition of inclusions in subsurface subsurface skins were discussed in depth, and some suggestions on the compositional changes of iron oxide inclusions during thermal processing were put forward. Adopting such methods as barking the surface of billets and improving the surface quality of cold-rolled billets of 50A a-bomb chain can reduce or eliminate the warpage of the cold-band surface of the bomb-chain steel, improve the yield of finished products and improve the quality of finished products. The elimination of the warp of the surface of the cold band of 50A armor chain steel is a desirable way to improve the yield of the cold band production of other steel grades and improve the surface quality.
