目的探讨手机辐射对氧化低密度脂蛋白诱导的泡沫细胞形成的影响。方法将鼠源性单核巨噬细胞RAW 264.7细胞分为三个组:对照组织、氧化低密度脂蛋白组和氧化低密度脂蛋白+手机辐射组。氧化低密度脂蛋白组以50 mg/L氧化型低密度脂蛋白培育细胞48 h诱导巨噬细胞泡沫化,而氧化低密度脂蛋白+手机辐射组细胞在50 mg/L氧化型低密度脂蛋白培育的同时接受定期的手机辐射。结果与氧化低密度脂蛋白组相比,氧氧化低密度脂蛋白+手机辐射组细胞中总胆固醇、游离胆固醇、胆固醇脂显著性增加(P<0.05),有更多的脂滴存在。结论手机辐射能促进氧化低密度脂蛋白诱导的泡沫细胞形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of cell phone radiation on the formation of foam cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein. Methods Murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cells were divided into three groups: control group, oxidized low density lipoprotein group and oxidized low density lipoprotein + cell phone radiation group. Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (LDL) group was stimulated with 50 mg / L oxidized low-density lipoprotein for 48 h to induce macrophage foaming, while oxidized low-density lipoprotein + radiotherapy group was exposed to 50 mg / L oxidized low density lipoprotein Nurture while receiving regular cell phone radiation. Results Compared with oxidized low density lipoprotein (LDL) group, the total cholesterol, free cholesterol and cholesterol in oxygenated low density lipoprotein + cell phone radiation group increased significantly (P <0.05), and more lipid droplets existed. Conclusion Cell phone radiation can promote the formation of foam cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein.
