餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产甲烷的响应面法优化研究

从底物浓度、接种物/底物比例、钙离子浓度、初始pH值这4个因素中筛选出对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化促进效应最明显的因子,并确定各因子的最佳取值,找到最优组合方案.研究表明,对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程影响显著的因子由高到低依次为底物浓度、接种物/底物比例、钙离子浓度3个因素,初始pH值对产气率没有明显作用.最佳的实验组合条件为:底物浓度7.77 gVS·L^-1,接种物/底物为2.81∶1,钙离子浓度380.82 mg·L^-1,此时最高产气率可达565.76mL·gVS^-1.通过实验验证
