建立煤油稀释-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定色拉油中As、Cd、Hg、Pb等4种重金属元素的分析方法。采用等离子体加氧方式消除使有机样品中的高浓度碳完全燃烧从而消除积碳现象,通过优化等离子体功率、载气流速以和样品提升量等质谱工作参数维持了等离子体工作的稳定性,加入内标元素Rh消除了基体效应。结果表明,4种重金属元素的检出限在0.8~3.7 ng/L之间,RSD为1.6%~3.1%,加标回收率在92.0%~106.0%之间。方法简便、准确,可用于色拉油的质量控制和安全评价。
To establish a method for the determination of four heavy metals such as As, Cd, Hg and Pb in salad oil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Plasma is used to eliminate oxygen and make the high concentration of carbon in the organic sample burn completely to eliminate carbon deposition. The plasma working stability is maintained by optimizing the plasma power, carrier gas flow rate and sample lift, Adding the internal standard element Rh eliminates the matrix effect. The results showed that the detection limits of four heavy metal elements ranged from 0.8 to 3.7 ng / L, RSD was 1.6% to 3.1%, and the recoveries were between 92.0% and 106.0%. The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control and safety evaluation of salad oil.
