本文检测胃癌组织中COX-2、CD44V6、MMP-9表达,了解三者表达的相互关系及与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。作者采用免疫组化S-P法检测73例胃癌组织中COX-2、CD44V6、MMP-9的表达情况,并分析它们之间表达的相关性及与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。结果显示,胃癌组织中COX-2表达和CD44V6、MMP-9表达呈正相关,胃癌组织中COX-2、CD44V6、MMP-9表达与胃癌淋巴结转移相关,COX-2可能上调CD44V6、MMP-9的表达促进胃癌的侵袭与转移。
This article was to detect the expression of COX-2, CD44V6, MMP-9 in gastric cancer tissues, to understand the relationship between the expression of these three genes and the relationship with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. The authors used immunohistochemical S-P method to detect the expression of COX-2, CD44V6 and MMP-9 in 73 cases of gastric cancer, and analyzed the relationship between their expression and lymph node metastasis. The results showed that the expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with the expression of CD44V6 and MMP-9. The expressions of COX-2, CD44V6 and MMP-9 were related to the lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma. COX-2 may up-regulate the expression of CD44V6 and MMP-9. Expression promotes invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
