目的:建立分离芦荟中蒽衍生物的方法;体外检测蒽衍生物杀伤肿瘤细胞的活性。方法:用乙醚萃取,弃水相,蒸干乙醚,凝胶层析柱分离得蒽衍生物。应用结晶紫染色法,以L929、GM803、MethA、Y99为靶细胞测蒽衍生物的杀伤活性。结果:蒽衍生物具有高效杀伤肿瘤细胞的能力,在0.3μg/ml浓度下对L929细胞杀伤活性(CT值)仍达50%以上。结论:蒽衍生物对动物肿瘤细胞和人类肿瘤细胞均有很强的杀伤作用
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for isolation of anthraquinone derivatives in aloe, and to detect the activity of anthraquinone derivatives in killing tumor cells in vitro. Methods: Extract with ether, discard the aqueous phase, and evaporate the ether. The hydrazine derivative was isolated by gel chromatography. Crystal violet staining method was used to detect the killing activity of guanidine derivatives using L929, GM803, MethA, and Y99 as target cells. RESULTS: The quinone derivatives had the ability of killing tumor cells efficiently. The cytotoxicity (CT value) of L929 cells at the concentration of 0.3 μg/ml was still more than 50%. Conclusion: The quinone derivatives have a strong killing effect on animal tumor cells and human tumor cells.
