目的:研究山橿药材挥发油的GC指纹图谱分析方法;方法:色谱柱:HP-5(5%)-二苯基聚硅氧烷共聚物;毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);FID检测器温度:240℃;程序升温:65℃持续3 min;再以3℃.min-1,65℃→85℃;1℃.min-1,85℃→90℃;3℃.min-1,90℃→99℃;0.2℃.min-1,99℃→100℃,5.0℃.min-1,100℃→200℃,200℃持续3 min。结果:建立山橿挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱。结论:山药材挥发油指纹图谱的特征性及专属性强,可用于山橿药材的鉴别及质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the GC fingerprinting method of volatile oil from medicinal materials of Rhizoma Zedoariae. METHODS: The chromatographic column was HP-5 (5%) - diphenylpolysiloxane copolymer. The capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) FID detector temperature: 240 ° C; temperature programmed: 65 ° C for 3 min; then 3 ° C. Min-1, 65 ° C → 85 ° C; 1 ° C .; min- 1,85 ° C → 90 ° C; 1,90 ℃ → 99 ℃; 0.2 ℃ .min-1,99 ℃ → 100 ℃, 5.0 ℃ .min-1,100 ℃ → 200 ℃, 200 ℃ for 3 min. Results: The gas chromatographic fingerprints of Volatile Oil from Rhizoma Paridis were established. Conclusion: The fingerprint of volatile oil of Radix Yam is characteristic and specific, which can be used for identification and quality control of Radix yam.
