为提高铸造旧砂再生效果和再生效率,针对原有叶片式磨轮再生机存在的一些问题,在原有结构基础上进行了设计改进。制作实验样机并进行工艺实验分析,通过调整加工时间、砂轮线速度、砂轮与叶片的间距得到了一组使再生效果最好的参数,分别为加工时间20 min、线速度19 m/s、间距1 mm。对比改进前后再生效果实验数据,发现改进后的叶片式磨轮再生机再生效果提升明显,设计改进比较成功。
In order to improve the regeneration effect and regeneration efficiency of the foundry sand, aiming at some problems existing in the original blade wheel regenerator, the design is improved on the basis of the original structure. The experimental prototype was made and the process experiment was analyzed. A set of parameters with the best regeneration efficiency were obtained by adjusting the processing time, the linear velocity of the grinding wheel and the distance between the grinding wheel and the blade. The parameters were the processing time of 20 min, the linear velocity of 19 m / s, 1 mm. Compared with the experimental data of the regeneration effect before and after the improvement, it is found that the improved regeneration effect of the blade wheel regenerator is obviously improved and the design and improvement are more successful.
