以6年生板栗‘3113’为试材,采用比色法对果实发育过程中可溶性总糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量及相关酶活性的相互关系进行了研究。结果表明:果实横、纵径生长规律呈双“S”型,单苞质量呈“S”型曲线。可溶性总糖含量呈上升趋势,蔗糖含量呈下降趋势;淀粉含量呈单峰曲线。蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性在花后60d达到峰值,之后趋于下降,与蔗糖含量变化趋势吻合;ADPG焦磷酸化酶(AGPPase)、水溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)、颗粒结合型淀粉合成酶(GBSS)的活性均呈单峰曲线,但最高峰的时间略有差异。相关分析表明,可溶性淀粉与可溶性总糖呈极显著的正相关,相关系数为0.978;SS和SPS活性与蔗糖存在极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.905和0.892;可溶性淀粉含量与SSS活性呈显著正相关,与GBSS活性呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.764和0.883。
Using 6-year-old chestnut ’3113’ as test material, the relationship between content of soluble sugar, sucrose and starch and related enzyme activities during fruit development was studied by colorimetric method. The results showed that the growth pattern of the transverse and longitudinal diameter of the fruit was double “S ” type, and the quality of single bud was “S ” type curve. The total soluble sugar content showed an upward trend while the sucrose content showed a downward trend. The starch content showed a single peak curve. The activities of sucrose synthase (SS) and sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) peaked at 60 days after anthesis, then decreased, which was consistent with the trend of sucrose content. The activity of ADPG pyrophosphorylase (AGPPase), water soluble starch synthase ), GBSS activity showed a single peak curve, but the peak time slightly different. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between soluble starch and total soluble sugar, and the correlation coefficient was 0.978. SS and SPS activity had a significant positive correlation with sucrose, the correlation coefficients were 0.905 and 0.892, respectively. Soluble starch content and SSS activity were significant Positive correlation with GBSS activity was significantly significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficients were 0.764 and 0.883.
