仪表产品中,冲压零件占有很大的比重。其中,热工仪表与电工仪表的冲压件部在70%以上。但这些冲压件的有用表面,如装配面、运动面、配合面、连接面以及装饰面多数还要进行车、铣、刨、磨、滚齿、铰等各种有削加工,才能达到规定的尺寸、形位精度和表面光洁度。也就是说,普通冲压工艺只能提供机加工毛坯。采用精冲工艺则可用板、条、带材经冲压加工直接制造出成品零件。本文根据我院的实践和研究,就仪表冲压件简易精冲的可行性进行一些讨论。一、概述在普通冲床或通用液压机上采用三重动作的专用简易精冲模或在上述压力机上增设专用液压装置、液压模架,使模具具有三重动作进行齿啳压板式精密冲裁的冲压加工称之为简易精冲。在缺乏专用三动精冲压力机的情况下,用简易精冲法冲制料
