目的 :探讨脐血中CD34+ 细胞含量和MACS分选法的意义。方法 :正性分离脐带血中CD34+ 细胞 ,流式细胞技术检测分选前后CD34+ 细胞的纯度及回收率。结果 :MACS分选后CD34+ 细胞纯度达到 88.3% ,回收率为4 6 .2 %。结论 :脐血可以成为HSCT新来源 ,MACS分选法在HSCT中具有非常重要的意义
Objective: To investigate the significance of CD34 + cells in cord blood and MACS sorting method. Methods: Positive CD34 + cells were isolated from umbilical cord blood. Flow cytometry was used to detect the purity and recovery of CD34 + cells before and after sorting. Results: The purity of CD34 + cells after MACS sorting reached 88.3%, the recovery was 46.2%. Conclusion: Umbilical cord blood can be a new source of HSCT, MACS sorting method in HSCT has a very important significance
