目的 通过肩峰前缘骨赘发生率及骨赘增生程度与临床表现相关性比较 ,探讨肩峰前后切线位 X线射片的临床应用价值。方法 371个有慢性肩部疼痛史或有肩部阳性体征的肩作为实验组 ,16 9个无肩痛史无肩部阳性体征的肩作为对照组。两组同时行肩峰前后切线位 X线摄片 ,按大小及形态特征将骨赘分为 0°、 °、 °、 °。根据骨赘分度分布情况进行统计 ,两组行秩和检验。两组骨赘发生率、 ° °所占比率及 °所占比率分别行 X2 检验。结果 实验组与对照组秩和检验有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组骨赘发生率 X2 检验有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) , ° °骨赘所点比率 X2 检验有高度显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 °骨赘所占比率 X2 检验有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 肩峰前缘骨赘发生率及骨赘增生程度与临床表现密切相关。肩峰前后切线位 X线摄片能清楚显示肩峰前缘骨赘 ,可作为慢性肩部疼痛的常规检查方法
Objective To compare the incidence of osteophyte and the degree of osteophyte hyperplasia with clinical manifestations on the frontal acromion and to explore the clinical value of tangent X-ray films before and after acromion. Methods A total of 371 shoulders with a history of chronic shoulder pain or shoulder-positive signs were used as the experimental group and 16 9 shoulders with no history of shoulder-shoulder pain as the control group. Two groups at the same time before and after the shoulder peak tangential X-ray, the size and shape of the osteophytes will be divided into 0 °, °, °, °. Statistics based on the distribution of osteophytes division, two groups of rank sum test. The incidence of osteophyte, the ratio of ° ° and the ratio of ° were respectively tested by X2 test. Results There was a highly significant difference between the test group and the control group (P <0.01). There was a highly significant difference (P <0.01) between the two groups in the incidence of osteophyte The point-ratio X2 test had a highly significant difference (P <0.01). The proportion of osteophytes X2 test was highly significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of osteophyte and the degree of osteophyte hyperplasia in the frontal acromion are closely related to clinical manifestations. Shoulders before and after the tangent X-ray can clearly show the acromiocarpaceal osteophyte, can be used as a routine examination of chronic shoulder pain
