随着国家法律制度的健全与不断完善,公众和大学生自身维权意识的增强,高校学生管理工作面临新的挑战。原有的管理思想、管理模式、管理方法己不适应形势发展变化的需要。因此,对原《规定》的修订是时代发展的客观要求,是当前依法治教、促进高教事业全面、协调、可持续发展的迫切需要,是实现新时期教育培养目标要求的必然选择。
With the improvement of the national legal system and its continuous improvement, the awareness of the public and college students in safeguarding their rights has been enhanced, and the management of university students is facing new challenges. The original management thinking, management mode, management methods have not adapted to the needs of the development of the situation. Therefore, the revision of the original “Provisions” is an objective requirement for the development of the times. It is an urgent need for the current administration of the law to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the cause of higher education. It is an inevitable choice for fulfilling the requirements of education and training in the new era.
