西方发达国家通过实施工作分享解决就业问题,其中用得较多的是实施岗位分享。本文基于人的无限欲望思想,首次建立了3个岗位分享下的零和模型,提出了岗位分享实施的无效性。指出了可能出现无效的原因,并在最后给出了如何避免或者最小化这种无效的一些具体措施。
The western developed countries share in solving the employment problem through the implementation of work, among which the more they use is to share jobs. Based on the idea of infinite desire, this paper establishes for the first time three zero-sum models under job sharing, and puts forward the ineffectiveness of job-sharing implementation. Pointed out the possible causes of invalidation, and finally gave some concrete measures on how to avoid or minimize such invalidation.
