In this paper, the chromosome centromere (Cd) of 16 women of reproductive age were studied. The results showed that the frequency of chromosome Cd disappearance in group C and group G was significantly higher than that in control group, The actual values of Cd disappearance in chromosomes D and G were also significantly higher than expected. The authors also proposed a new phenomenon called “Cd-NOR fusion”, in which frequency of occurrence of this phenomenon in women of childbearing age increased significantly. The results suggest that children with reproductive age in women of reproductive age may be related to the disappearance of chromosomal Cd and the increased frequency of “Cd-NOR fusion” in children with aneuploidy.
