EPC就是工程总承包企业按照合同约定,承担工程项目的设计、采购、施工、试运行服务等工作,并对承包工程的质量、安全、工期、造价全面负责。在EPC项目费用管理过程中,要注意事前、事中、事后要点的把握。事前首先要注意项目投标报价,其次要注意关于洽谈合同问题,最后要注意选择一个好的分包商。事中要点需要从设计阶段、采购阶段、总承包商的索赔方面、监督管理阶段进行费用管理。事后要点一为竣工结算,二为同分包商的结算。
EPC is the EPC contractor undertaking the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the project according to the contract and is fully responsible for the quality, safety, construction period and cost of the contracted project. In the EPC project cost management process, we should pay attention to beforehand, things, grasp the essentials.
