设计了一种可以在低电压、低电流 (5V/1.5mA)的单双电源下工作 ,并且可以驱动高电压、高电流负载(36V/2 0mA)的非稳态多谐振荡器式压频转换器 .该转换器的高输入阻抗和低失调电压漂移输入增益级可以保证芯片在微弱电压信号下正常工作 .仿真结果表明 :设计电路的线性度好 ,输出满度频带宽 ,输入信号动态范围宽 .
A non-steady-state multivibrator-type voltage-frequency (VCO) oscillator that can operate at low voltage and low current (5V / 1.5mA) single and dual power supplies and can drive high voltage and high current loads (36V / 20mA) Converter.The converter’s high input impedance and low offset voltage drift input gain stage can ensure the chip to work under weak voltage signal.The simulation results show that the design of the circuit has good linearity, full-scale output bandwidth, input signal dynamic range width .
