大直径泥水平衡盾构刀具磨损失效,受到土层、刀具材质、掘进参数和掘进距离等多方面因素的影响。结合南京轨道交通某标段区间盾构法隧道施工,介绍了在含砾中粗砂层和粉细砂地层中,采用贝壳刀与刮刀相结合的刀盘刀具布置形式施工时刀具磨损及更换情况;对刀具磨损的现象和原因进行分析,总结了减少刀具磨损的刀具保护技术措施。这可为类似工程提供参考。
