目的分析深圳市罗湖区2010年-2014年市售水产品受食源性致病菌污染状况。方法采集2010年-2014年深圳市罗湖区市售水产品样品819份,对沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、霍乱弧菌、副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌5类食源性致病菌污染现状进行分析。结果 819份水产品中检出致病菌样品175份,检出率为21.4%,鲜活虾蟹、鲜活(冰鲜)海水鱼和鲜活贝壳检出率较高,分别为29.1%、24.6%和22.4%;副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,为20.0%,其次为创伤弧菌(8.7%)、沙门菌(1.2%)、单核细胞增生李斯特菌(0.6%)、霍乱弧菌(0.1%);2010年-2014年水产品中食源性致病菌的检出率分别为28.7%、22.6%、20.8%、19.7%、17.7%,总体呈下降趋势;而副溶血性弧菌检出率则呈现逐年升高趋势。结论深圳市罗湖区市售水产品受食源性致病菌污染不容忽视,主要的食源性致病菌种类是副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌,应进一步加强对水产品致病菌的监测及卫生监管。
Objective To analyze the status of food-borne pathogens in commercial aquatic products from 2010 to 2014 in Luohu District, Shenzhen. Methods A total of 819 samples of aquatic products from 2010 to 2014 in Luohu District of Shenzhen City were collected and analyzed for 5 food-borne diseases caused by Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus Analysis of the status of bacteria contamination. Results A total of 175 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 819 aquatic products, with a detection rate of 21.4%. The detection rates of fresh shrimp, fresh (chilled) marine fish and fresh shells were 29.1% 24.6% and 22.4% respectively. The highest detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 20.0%, followed by Vibrio vulnificus (8.7%), Salmonella (1.2%), Listeria monocytogenes (0.6%), Vibrio (0.1%). The detection rates of food-borne pathogens in aquatic products from 2010 to 2014 were 28.7%, 22.6%, 20.8%, 19.7% and 17.7%, respectively. Vibrio Vibrio detection rate showed a rising trend year by year. Conclusion The aquatic products in Luohu District of Shenzhen City are not contaminated by food-borne pathogenic bacteria. The main food-borne pathogenic bacteria are Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus, which should be further strengthened for pathogens causing aquatic products Surveillance and health regulation.
