目的提高门诊慢性病的药学服务质量。方法通过分析慢性病的特点及慢性病就诊患者在门诊药房用药咨询中遇到问题的分析,提出提高门诊慢性病的药学服务措施。结果与结论在门诊慢性病的药学服务中应完善服务措施。提高药师的药学专业知识、改变服务理念,端正服务态度。使慢性病患者在门诊药房的服务中提高对疾病的认识,在今后的用药中能够做到用药更合理、用药依从性更强。
Objective To improve the quality of pharmacy services for outpatient chronic diseases. Methods By analyzing the characteristics of chronic diseases and the problems encountered by patients with chronic diseases attending consultation in outpatient pharmacy, this paper puts forward the pharmacy service measures to improve outpatient chronic diseases. Results and Conclusion The service measures should be improved in the pharmacy services of outpatients with chronic diseases. Improve the pharmacist’s professional knowledge, change the service concept, correct the service attitude. So that patients with chronic diseases in outpatient pharmacy services to improve awareness of the disease, in the future medication can be more rational drug use, medication adherence stronger.
