Tuberculosis diagnosis and determination of specific changes in activity is an urgent problem. Many immunological tests have been applied to anti-tuberculosis practice. Immune Cell Adhesion Index is a measure of the ability of granulocytes with parkuclear nuclei to be altered based on the interaction of immunoglobulins present on the granulocyte surface with bacterial cells. Changes in the percentage of interacting cells depend on the specificity and activity of the process. The relative number of these cells increases during the period of activity, and decreases when the activity is lost.
