课堂教学是实施素质教育的主渠道 ,学生是课堂教学的主体。改革和优化课堂教学 ,必须激活主体的内在原动力 ,最大限度地把他们的潜能发挥出来 ,才能逐步形成主体积极认识世界、改造世界的能力和喜欢求异、独立性强、自信心强的创造个性。但在长期的教学实践中 ,还存在着压抑学生主体地位 ,忽视学生主体作用 ,限制学生能动性、自主性、不尊重学生主体人格等违背主体教育思想的现象和做法。那么 ,如何在课堂教学中保证足够的时间让学生参与到课堂教学活动的全过程 ,把学习的主动权交给学生 ,全面贯彻主体教育思想?山西长治惠丰小学大胆探索 ,反复实验 ,不断完善 ,逐步形成了一整套行之有效的方法 ,取得了一定的成绩。本刊分两期介绍他们的做法 ,以期推动素质教育在课堂教学中的实施 ,促进课堂教学效益的最大提高以及学生创新精神和实践能力的培养。
