上世纪50年代,GE在美国建立第一所企业大学,就是杰克·韦尔奇领导力开发中心。GE是一个学习型的组织,这也是GE的与众不同之处。GE有强烈的学习意愿——从自己的经验教训当中学习,不断创新;也从别人身上学习,扬长补短。GE创造了很多新的学习方法、新的学习流程,让员工不断提升自己的才能。
In the 1950s, GE established the first corporate university in the United States, the Jack Welch Leadership Development Center. GE is a learning organization. This is GE’s difference. GE has a strong willingness to learn—learn from its own lessons and continue to innovate; it also learns from others and makes up for weaknesses. GE has created many new learning methods and new learning processes so that employees can continuously improve their talents.
