上海市闸北区9所街道(地段)医院和1所区中医医院开设的12个社区卫生服务站(点)的经济费用资料表明:站(点)的服务功能异化,政府投入不足和卫生行政机制等问题,制约和影响社区卫生服务与社区卫生可持续性发展,本文讨论了社区卫生服务站(点)成本核算,经费筹集的可能途径。
Data on the economic costs of 12 community health service stations (sites) in the 9 Zhabei district streets and 1 district TCM hospital in Shanghai indicate that the service functions of stations (points) are alienated, government investment is inadequate, and health administrative mechanisms Problems such as constraining and influencing the sustainable development of community health services and community health are discussed. This paper discusses possible approaches for cost accounting and funding for community health service stations (points).
